The quality of our product is one thing that we pride ourselves on. Once you receive your garment please ensure that you are absolutely satisfied with it. If not? Please contact us.

All full priced products purchased from Leatheron.com.au will have an industry first unique 1 year warranty. This means if the product is faulty or damaged within the 1 year guaranty, the product will be replaced for an excess fee of 30% of the garment’s price. In the event that the garment is out of stock, the customer is able to receive a credit note to the value of the original purchase. Please note the customer must send the faulty or damaged garment back to our office for approval. Please allow up to 48 hours of response time after we have received your garment to process a replacement or credit note.

For all warranty applications, please send it to our contact address and clearly state where the garment is damaged or faulty so that we can further improve our quality.
